Join our period initiative! Many people are not aware that our communities are struggling in many ways. Parents are often forced to choose between feeding their families and providing hygiene products. Sadly, our women and girls are suffering. Not having adequate access to feminine hygiene products is a big problem. The lack of access to affordable or free menstrual products can cause:
We believe all women can embrace their identity, define their future, and change the world.
Our mission:
We at 4 C W Girls Foundation Inc. are committed to promoting good menstrual health and hygiene nationwide. We strive to provide access to educational materials on period poverty, resources, and sanitary napkins to any who needs them. Our mission is to empower women and girls to take control of their menstrual health, reduce stigma and taboos, and create a more equitable society. We believe that menstrual health is a right, not a privilege, and we are dedicated to ensuring everyone has access to the knowledge, resources, and products they need to maintain their health and well-being.

“Many of our parents are single mothers struggling to make ends meet and often had to choose between buying sanitary pads and providing food for their family. It is difficult because these women are sacrificing their health and hygiene and that of the girls in the family but were left with no other choice. Thankfully, the 4 C W Girls Foundation has donated these packets of sanitary pads to our school to share with our girls and our community. We are so grateful for the available help. I hope that by sharing my story, I can help increase awareness about period poverty and the available resources to those in need”.
